Fan unit XBF-75H
About the product
XAB’s XBF series for light to medium-duty dust can be easily adapted to each user’s specific requirements. The units are equipped as standard with automatic start/stop via the valves in the system for optimum economy and user-friendliness. The fan units must always be combined with a suitable filter.

Product description
Function description
Our flow-controlled XBF systems adjust the fan speed in real time in normal mode via a pressure sensor, ensuring that the correct flow is always maintained regardless of the number of active extraction points. This ensures economical and smooth operation, as well as lower energy consumption. If there are extremely demanding machines connected to the chip extractor, these can be connected to the full-speed input, which always ensures the fan runs at full speed when they are in use. The machine is also equipped with a cleaning mode which, when used, provides extra suction power, enabling the premises to be cleaned with demanding equipment such as floor nozzles or narrow crevice nozzles, which are not normally possible to use on a chip extraction system. Both machines are available in a version with an integrated HEPA 13 filter, custom-sized, fitted directly on top of the machine.
Areas of application
Thanks to its high air flow and multiple vacuum settings, this fan unit is suitable for use as a local extraction system for stationary machines such as saws, routers, planers and sanders. These fan units are also powerful enough to be used as central vacuum cleaners for extracting light to medium-weight dust, such as wood, plastic and paper dust. Examples of applications include woodwork rooms, joinery workshops, orthopaedic workshops, the graphics industry, laboratories and the plastics industry.
